I had a great experience at The UPS Store in Chaska. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process quick and stress-free.
Customer service here is excellent — you can really tell they care about their customers. The store is clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. I truly appreciate their patience and positive attitude.
I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs shipping, printing, or notary services. I will definitely be coming back!

Dhaval Raju is a man of integrity, he works hard and helps people with all his heart and with all his soul. He stands out from all other people with his humanity and care for people. I am very pleased with this man and his work. Can you please do it again? I am very grateful. May you always be successful in your work.
When I went to the UPS store and asked for advice from this person, he dropped everything he was doing and spent hours helping me with all his heart and soul. I am so grateful to this person for everything. He listens to everyone and serves with a smile. Thank you. It's no wonder that we have so many people like this. We have developed a lot and people love each other.

I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude for the incredible support I received from Jason at UPS. Not only did he provide outstanding service, but he also went above and beyond to help me get my items returned on time — well after store hours!
Despite the situation being a bit tricky, Jason remained patient, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. His dedication to making sure everything was handled properly truly exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to encounter such excellent customer service, and Jason truly made a difference.

I returned an Amazon item at the UPS Store, and Muhammad made the whole process unbelievably quick and easy. He was polite, efficient, and super friendly. The return took less than a minute! Truly outstanding service — highly recommend this location.

Dhaval and his associates were very helpful. I needed to send documents and also needed a return label. Dhaval knew just how to do that. After going home I realized I had forgotten to put an item in the envelope . I called the store and Dhaval was able to retrieve my package and we were able to get everything inside. Thank you very much for going above and beyond! I watched the employees at the Chaska store be efficient and kind and patient with every customer that came in while I was there. Great job.

Charges $1.99 for “computer use” for a $.20 print job to print a shipping label. Ended up being $2.50 to print one piece of paper that I emailed to them. I never even touched their computer. I have never been to a UPS store that has done this. Will not be coming back

I had an issue with a lost package and its tracking number and Dhaval did an excellent job of tracking it down so I could proof to the recipient of the package that they did indeed receive it!

Paid to have a package rerouted to the UPS store, but even though I made the request early on Saturday morning, package was not delivered. Customer service was unhelpful with solutions and basically said I had to wait another day and a half to get my package. Very unhelpful location.
