I moved to Minnesota about a year ago and was looking for a good nail salon and was so happy when I found turbo nails. I've had an amazing experience everytime I’ve gone. The energy is amazing and all the nail techs do an amazing job!!

I got my first pedicure from here yesterday, and the gal rushed through it so quickly and basically didn’t even massage my feet at all. She was in such a rush to get done and was so rude the entire time. I understand that she doesn’t speak a lot of English, but not even a glimpse of a smile the entire time. It was so unwelcoming. I will not go back. I honestly wish I would’ve asked for my money back right away or just asked her to stop halfway through.

My exchange daughter called me crying due to how rude and painful her manicurist was being. I believe it was the owner that took over when I came in to find out what was going on. What was supposed to be a nice experience for her was a sad and scary experience. I just wonder if she hadn’t called me what would have been done. I had to step out again as my children were tired and crabby. Once I left they were again rude to her. We will not return.

Dana and Jenny were great and my nails and Pedi turned out amazing and I loved it and I will definitely be coming back and have Dana be my go to Nail Lady!

They said they had time for me, but when I sat down their next client got there and my rushed my nails. I ended up having polish on my skin and the gel base and top coats were painted over my cuticles so i had a reaction and my fingers became swollen and burning hot. within the first 24 hours my nails were already peeling off because of the polish getting on my skin. I had Jenny.

My ombré was patchy and she refused to fix it. I would not recommend this salon if you’re looking for anything above a simple manicure.

A hidden gem for sure! I've been to many different salons in the Shakopee/ Chaska area to get my nails done, but this one was the best by far. The atmosphere is so calming(no TV), the staff were very present with each individual client & the attention to detail on the finish of my nails was wonderful! This salon was also very clean. Dana & John definitely stood out to me. Dana was extremely friendly, welcoming & treated each of us with care. John was cracking jokes as if he were one of our family members, while also doing an amazing job on my sisters pedicure. I had Jenny do my fingernails & she was very precise every step of the way! They turned out lovely. I will for sure be back again! Keep up the amazing work.

Best customer service in town! The salon is right in my neighborhood. And every time I walk in the door, I’m greeted with smiles and they know my name! That means a lot to me. The shop is clean, the prices are good! If you’re looking for all of the above, give Turbo Nails spa in Chaska a try! You won’t regret it.?

Went to go get a fill today and asked for a design. The lady didn’t want to do the design and told me to pick out a color and then the manager came over and said I could do a design and then got into an argument. The lady was then unmotivated to do my nails and put no effort whatsoever! she cut me nails are thick and look horrendous . There is film all over my fingers, nail polish all over, the shape is horrible. She did not speak to me once.Chipping off and after my nails were done being under the UV light, she decided to drill them again. 10 minutes after I left the salon a nail fell off. I spoke to the manager and she will be doing my nails to fix them. Just a sidenote, I’ve been going to this nail salon for about over a year now and tipped very well.

Have lived nearby for over ten years and wish I’d found this salon long ago! From start to finish - everything was great. Much more affordable than the one down the road I usually go to. This is my new pedi spot!!

I have been going to the Chaska Turbo Nails for years and I love it. Occasionally I’ve had to go elsewhere to get my nails done because either they weren’t open for the day or fully booked for when I was wanting to get them done. Nobody does it as good as they do. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming and I always look forward to seeing them every time I walk in through the doors. I bring my family and friends to them and I recommend them to anyone who compliments my nails because the work they do is outstanding and you can’t find it elsewhere. I challenge them with some difficult designs at times, but they never fail to give me what I want every time and exceed my expectations. I’ve also had two instances where I’ve had nails break, not due to the quality, but because I play in a fast contact sport and I weight lift so I’m a little rougher with my hands then others. They took me in day of both times free of charge and fixed it. If you’re looking for a place to relax and get high quality care, Chaska Turbo Nails is where it’s at.
