Took my trade in - and never applied it to my new phone. Verizon Corporate even said my new phone isn’t marked as a trade in, so I’m out $800+ currently. I’ve tried reaching out to the store twice to get this fixed, and have received vague promises of when they’ll get back to me. So far it’s been about three weeks of run around.Stay away - either their organization is terrible, or they have five finger discount sales guys that management won’t address.

We have been going to this Verizon store for years and they by far have the best customer service and are so quick! They are also super helpful and don't try to rip you off.

Stop ignoring people ask what they need. Listen carefully you hear for the customer without customer there is not any business.

If I could rate this place with negative stars I would.This happened to my cousin who was called a LIAR by the manager. She bought an Android from there and decided she didn’t want the phone and went back the next day and only the employee was there, no manager. She was told YOU CANNOT return this phone here, you’ll have to go to a “corporate “ Verizon, she even adked me whats a corporate Verizon? I didn’t know either do there’s a bit of truth there for him saying that.So she drove 4 hrs back to where her job is although she lives in Chaska. That store told her that that employee lied, probably didn’t want to lose the commission. She drove back to Chaska, 8 hrs round trip and told the manager what his employee said, and he called her LIAR! In front of other customers in the store saying his employee would never lie.To the manager: Wake up! How many other customers has he said this to? There’s no paperwork trail for him to get caught! What kind of manager are you to call a customer a liar? A person like you has no business being a manager!And this isn’t over yet. Calls will be made and letters will be written!

Awesome experience from start to finish!Working with Chase has been a pleasure. First, he saved the day by getting us 5g internet in a pinch.Then, he has been incredibly responsive answering a number of follow up questions I’ve had.He’s helped us save on our bill by finding situational discounts and things like auto pay. It’s hard to find A+ service, but these guys delivered.Will be my new go to spot for all phone related needs from now on!

The team at the Chaska Verizon store never fails me. I always walk out with whatever issue I came in with solved, and often leave with a cheaper plan or better deal than anticipated. They’re incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m grateful to have this store nearby!

If I could give this place 100 stars out of 5 I would. The people who work here are the best there is. They are helpful, funny and entertaining. If you need a Verizon store to go to, or just want to say hi, this is the place to go.
