Waited for 1 hour on the phone trying to talk to someone. No one ever picked up.

Some of the people working in the pharmacy are rude and slow. If you start to get impatient they go even slower. Definitely not going back to that place again. This should be negative stars.

Needed a prescription filled and they closed for two days. This happens a lot here. I advice not going to this pharmacy

This store is so under staffed. Not good for the people who work there or the customers. You go there thinking they are opened and they aren't. So tell us customers if your closing.

OMG!!! Hire some phone help. I was on hold for 30 minutes. 3 callers ahead of me at 1st then I was the next in line. Disconnected!!! The absolute worst phone help on the planet. Every time I call I wait forever and then get dumped. No option for zero stars. Their not even worth zero stars. What a horrible outfit. I'm forced to use them because my insurance is no longer accepted at cvs. Just miserable.

Long wait every single time, usually to find out the prescription is not ready and you need to come back later - to get on a long slow moving line again. People are sick, getting others around them on the line sick too. Terrible experience. The stuff is nice, probably need more people.

What is happening to this pharmacy? The drive thru is never open anymore so the lines inside the store are horrendous. When you call them it's always 1 hour + hold time on the phone and then no one ever picks up. Very bad customer service lately. It's just pretty sad to see what this pharmacy is coming to.

No triage here and no compassion! Brought in my 93 yr old moms rx given immediately after surgery. The rx was for pain relief. I was told they wouldn’t get to it for at least a day or two; they had 300 prescriptions before this one. Went to a different pharmacy got it filled in 20 minutes.Highly recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve had some terrible experiences with the Walgreens Pharmacy recently. Prescriptions that have taken weeks to fill, prescriptions that have been “canceled” electronically for no reason, and if there is a delay due to “reviewing insurance” they do not rectify the issue unless you call them to tell them to fix it. Tonight I sat on hold for over an hour trying to get through to the pharmacy. I called at 6:45pm and the message said there was 3 callers ahead of me, I waited for over one hour and I finally decided to hang up and try calling back. Then, I reach a message that the pharmacist decided to close the pharmacy early. So they had left me on hold and closed the pharmacy without making sure all their calls were answered! I needed to contact them about a prescription issue that they haven’t filled yet due to “reviewing insurance”. So frustrating! The only reason I have stayed with this pharmacy is that it is the only pharmacy in chaska with a drive thru…although they often have that closed as well.

There are never fewer than six people - sometimes a dozen - waiting in line to pick up a prescription. It has taken me 40 minutes, standing in line, only to be told my prescription isn't ready (it had been called in by my doctor 3 days earlier). Last week, my son had surgery and his doctor called in a precsription for a pain killer. My son was asleep in the car, as happens after anesthesia, and when I went to the pharmacy, I was told it would be 60 minutes before the prescription would be ready. MY SON WAS SLEEPING IN MY CAR AND WOULD NEED HIS MEDS WHEN HE WOKE UP. When I returned 60 minutes later, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. Waiting in line at Walgreens in Chaska has become a nightmare. I can't even count the hours I have spent waiting in line. I've been told they don't have enough staff. I'd like to know how this is the customers' problem? I can't wait in line today, so I can't take my medication. This is negligence on the part of Walgreens and it's illegal. I'm switching to CVS.

Tried switching my medications to the Walgreens in Chaska as it is more conveniently located near my home, but that was one of the worst mistakes I could’ve made. The front counter assistant continually told me that the Rx BIN and Rx PCN were invalid even after I had called my insurance repeatedly to confirm that the numbers I was giving them were correct. The assistant also tried to tell me that my insurance didn’t contract with Walgreens even though I have had no issue with receiving my medications at the Walgreens in Excelsior. The pharmacy was no help in trying to fill my prescriptions, and if they had been transparent about their inability to fill the prescriptions, then I wouldn’t have waited almost three weeks to try and fill my medications through this Walgreens location. These are medications with severe withdrawal symptoms that I have been dealing with as a result of the incompetence of this pharmacy. Overall, a terrible experience and a complete lack of empathy.
