Refused to give me change for $100 without having an account. Went across the street to chase where they happily helped me. NEVER returning to a Wells Fargo for the rest of my life.

Horrible bank/location - Personally I bank with US Bank but my father used Wells Fargo. After he passed I had to TRY to use them to finalize affairs. Taught me to be happy I use US Bank. Can't call directly into the bank to talk to people, bankers are not there during all the specified times, overall people are unhelpful. Can't wait to finish the fight to wrap up my dads business so I don't have to interact with this bank. Suggest anyone considering to find any other bank besides Wells Fargo

Since when does a guy need an appointment to do basic banking? The pandemic was over long ago, yet this place uses it as an excuse to understaff. Our other banks are so much easier.

Lack of training! Never tell a customer "No" without providing an explanation on a service that was successfully provided in the past few months. We are planning on moving our business account because of this and their ability to answer phone calls, it's just to much of a hassle when other banks can provide the service or explain why they cannot.

I needed to deposit a check at the bank and this lady with a headset on asked why I was there and I said to deposit a check and She bluntly said “why not?” I simply don’t want the app on my phone and to be shamed over not having the app on my phone does not make me want to return to this location.

If I could leave a zero review I would. Been to this bank multiple times in the last 2 months and had complaints at each visit. I work retail so I don't have unrealistic service expectations but on this visit we came all the way from Mayer with my daughter's coins to be deposited in her account. This bank doesn't take coins. That's ridiculous. This is a bank and I have money to deposit.

Worst bank I have ever used. Tellers are never prepared and very slow. It seems the process they have to go through just to make change is very difficult. I can see why other Wells Fargo’s in the area have closed.

They dont answer their phones. I was trying to make an appointment to open an account with them. With this many bad reviews how is this branch still open ? Clearly there is an issue with the service here.

I wanted to open a checking account, but the guy behind the counter told me that none of the five employees there could help me do that and I would just have to do it online. I don't feel like they cared at all. I just can't understand how you have a bank that doesn't have the people to open a bank account. Horrible.
