Dr. Berends and his VET tech, Pam, went above and beyond to accept doing this surgery with success. Thank you to St. Charles VET clinic to be able to get my baby girl in the very next day. Words cannot express my gratitude to you both. She means the world to me and is recovering wonderfully.”

“The best vet and staff. My dog had to have surgery on her ear and the staff were wonderful taking great care of her. The tech even carried my 105lb lab to the car and put her in do to still being out of it. I don’t trust a lot of people with my dog but I 100% trust the staff at this clinic. BIG THANK YOU TO ALL!!!
