“I just left the Forest Lake location when I came in for help with my Samsung Note 10+. Without warning yesterday everything displayed in a light grey scale and my senior citizen eyes could not figure why it did that or how to make it stop. I believe it was Nick that helped me figure out which button accidentally got pressed so if I do it again, I can fix it myself. Without his help, I know my non-techy self would still be trying to figure it out until my head exploded and I'd be forced to by a new phone. Thank you, Nick. “I called the St Croix store, as it is closer to our home, to see if my favorite associate was working this particular day. I was told she was “no longer with the company.” I happened to be in Chisago at the time and thought I’d give it a whirl. I’m glad I did. Anita is my new favorite associate. She not only got my phone up and going, (I needed a new phone) she helped me get logged back into all my important apps like my bank, emails, etc. Last time I got a new phone, (NOT with my previous favorite person) it took over three hours just to get it done, and then they cut me loose. When I got home, I still had to spend another 2-3 hours getting logged in to everything. I was at the Chisago store nearly three hours, too. BUT, when I got home, I did not have to do anything additional to be up and running. While I miss Kayla at the St Croix store, I know I have someone in my corner at Chisago. Thanks Anita! You are top notch!”
