Primo tech fixed my laptops broken LCD in 2 days. I dropped it off Monday and got it back Wednesday. Very fast and very reliable right in town. Good service and reasonable pricing

Can I say WOW! So impressed. My new computer basically crashed after the last windows update and it would not connect to my wifi (everything else could). I talked to the owner, and briefly explained my issue. He said diagnostic is free. I asked how much to help me connect? He said he has a cheaper fix, (a flash drive with wifi drivers) for an extremely reasonable price ($40). Brought my laptop there and he got it going and i left with the flash drive and now i am back into my computer, after a week of going insane.
I just wanted to say that I really tried EVERYTHING I could do first, because I refused to take it to “Badbuy”…I finally googled a place near me and he came up first. LIFE SAVER!!

I was in need of getting an adapter to transfer a video file from a thumb drive to an iPad. I couldn’t find one anywhere. ( USB to Lightening ). I remembered there was a computer store in Chisago City, ( Primo Technology ), I went there hoping to get the adapter – he didn’t have one. When inquiring my need, he shared that ‘all was not lost’ – “just upload the file to I-cloud, then sign in to I-Cloud on my iPad and download the file…. It worked seamlessly. Kudos for helping! I hadn’t thought of that. Thank you for your solution!
