Called and asked if we could get a unit same day and Dylan was very accommodating! The whole process went extremely smooth considering the short notice we gave him. Extremely happy!

Rented 2 units in Chisago facility for a little over a year after a downsizing move. The manager Dylan was great to work with. We communicated over text & email and he always responded immediately to any questions I had. The initial rental, change of unit & move out process was extremely simple! Clean out unit, take pictures, send in email & my deposit was processed to be credited back to my card within the hour! The facility is secure, gate process easy & reliable. Only issue I had was that it is a tight fit for driving around, in very side rows you have to be able to back out--so if you have a trailer you have to be good at doing that!

Was renting a smaller unit and the guy who helped me was Dylan he did an excellent job helping me out got me the right size unit for my stuff with a bit of extra room in there to get around in there all in all a great experience!

Great storage, locked gate. I feel safe when I enter and when I leave. Dylan is absolutely the best to work with. This was my father's unit and when his health drastically declined, Dylan was patient with me as I navigated the process of taking over and clearing up any debt. Highly recommend this facility!!

It was a great place to store my boat. It was secure with the new gate system that I enjoyed with Text to open compatibility.

I've been renting a 10x20ft unit for about 10 months now. Units are very nice, clean and well kept. Dylan has been absolutely amazing over the past 10 months and has gone above and beyond for me time and time again. I wish all businesses had the same kind of customer service that Dylan @ Gopher State storage offers. It has been an absolute pleasure renting a unit here, I will definitely be back if Im in need of a storage unit again in the future!
