“I've had a unit here for about a year, while I was moving and buying a house. I moved out, and decided to write a review since I'm a very happy customer.So, tl; dr - excellent service, low prices, easy access, no weirdness.Staff are courteous and helpful, getting the unit rented was quick and easy. The yard is pretty well lit, with the storage units spaced well apart. Unlike some other places I've rented, there was no visible evidence of either people or animals living in the unoccupied storage units.I wasn't able to set up auto-pay, but they send email invoices, it's easy to pay over the phone, and they let you pay multiple months in advance.I live in Maplewood, so it was a bit of a drive, but the price was a tad more than half of what I would have paid for a unit half the size locally, so it was totally worth it.The only negative thing I can possibly say is that there was a bit of moisture here and there. Damp spots under boxes, a bit of a patina on a couple of my tools. Nothing serious, though. My basement is worse.Thank you very much!”

“LOL FUNNY how they have 50% off first month rental for VETERANS. And I told the Eagan location Town Center that I wanted to move all 3 of my units. Yes 3 of them. I’ve been with them for 2 years and I have paid all of them during that time frame, and the lady on the phone at TOWN CENTER in EAGAN said “ Oh I’m sorry I called the top corporate individuals and they said they WONT pro rate me”. That’s criminalization legally I guess. Even if you are Iraq combat Vet.”
