“I've been going to Thrifty White for years. They feel like family. I love that when I come in, they call me by my name. A couple of weeks ago, I went to pick up a prescription, which was more than I expected. I paid for it, not knowing what I was going to cut out of my budget to afford it. On my way home, I called Thrifty White to ask if there was some kind of discount I could use even though I had already paid. They told me to bring it back, and they would try to run it through with one of the discount programs. I was so relieved when they ran it through. I ended up paying 1/3 of the original cost! I was so thankful! I think they have been understaffed, which must be stressful. But they are always kind and take time to make the customers feel like they are important.”
