In a word, "EASY". Friendly, knowledgeable, and they make bringing your computer back to life an easy process. I put my faith in them on more than one occasion and I have never been disappointed. The owner, Justin, he doesn't spend him a lot of time trying to upsell or waste your time with things you don't need. He focuses on what you do need which is to get your computer working. It's always been a good experience.

Sent in my computer for a new motherboard. Got it back a few days later with non working usb ports. Gave it back to be fixed. 3 months later it was returned with working usb ports but hdd was not showing. Brought it back again. 3 days later I'm told all my data was lost but the hdd was fixed. Brought it home to try it again and it was back to non working usb ports plus the hdd not showing still. Take your computers elsewhere.

When my teenage son’s gaming computer build wouldn’t boot, we took it to Computronix after an overwhelming pile of recommendations from a neighborhood social media group. They got it running less than 2 days later for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
