“The entire process was quick and easy. I stopped by on a weekend to check availability for a cargo van and spoke with Scott. He let me know inventory was tight due to the holiday season, so securing one might be difficult. I followed up with Chris the following Monday, and although he shared the same concern, he still managed to secure a van for my time-sensitive move.
Pickup was seamless—they checked my driver’s license and credit card, and I was in the van right away. After returning it, the store manager even called the next morning to make sure everything went smoothly.
For a simple rental, I wasn’t expecting such attentive customer service. The entire experience was hassle-free, supportive, and genuinely appreciated. I highly recommend this location for rentals—the staff is friendly, helpful, and goes the extra mile.”

“Love this place! I purchased work gloves here, and when I opened them, they ended up being two right hand gloves, no leftie. They let me exchange them for a different pair the next day even though I didn't have the tag or receipt. I really appreciated it. Gas has always been a little cheaper here than others close by too!”

Renting the trucks were very easy; they had the sizes and availability that we needed. We even extended the rental over the phone because we had too much stuff and needed more time to load and unload it. “Have had an outdoor spot for my 20' camper for several months, and I've continued to have great experiences with the on-site management. From my first phone call last year, and with multiple touch-points in between, they've been friendly and helpful. The keypad gate access is convenient for needing to stop by after hours, and it's always been well-lit after dark. Would recommend them for an affordable, secure place that's well-run.”
“This is our second vehicle we've had a hitch put in at a uhaul. Just like last time, I made a reservation, dropped my car off, got a call because the job was done, inspected it and was out. Simple, easy and nothing complicated about it. The other car that has the hitch is still good (after two years of hauling a camper and a utility trailer) and expecting the truck to be good as well.

“Though the pickup spot we'd originally been sent to in Minneapolis was not open Sunday morning, a quick call sent us to a U-Haul store a few miles away. In Madison basically all we had to do was drop the vehicle at the service location in the parking lot, hop on the bicycle, and ride home on the adjacent bike path.”
“I called 3 different uhaul locations looking for a 26ft truck and none of them had one. I had asked a couple of them if they could check other locations to see availability and they said no. I called here and Bruce did not have the truck either but he found me one at a different location and reserved it for me. 1st class service here.”
“Helped me get a truck big enough to carry all of my stuff. The only drawback was that they don’t carry u-haul boxes but other than that it was a good experience”

Brian replaced my fender, adjusted my head lights, and my car hood fixed. Everything came to only $350 and they got it fixed the same day I brought my car in.
