Very unhappy with my haircut to which I asked for a feathered haircut and it was chopped throughout my head. I wanted to cry. Never going to another Great Clips again, ever.

Went in at about 4:20, nobody waiting. Got denied service. They then turned off the open sign as we walked out.

Usually have a great experience here. Probably won't be going back after the last visit. The new stylist apparently didn't wash her hands after using the restroom and her hands smelled like dirty toilet paper. Great cut but GROSSSSSSS!!!

I am all about efficiency. I use the app I was in line. Got there when the app told me to head to the salon inside. I waited for approximately four minutes. I got my haircut took 13 minutes and it was exactly the way I wanted.
