Terrible customer service. Older lady yelled at me when I said I won't pay for a ranch packet after buying chicken. She said no that's only for tenders. Can someone tell me what's really the difference between tenders an boneless chicken? I proceeded to fill my own ranch for free at the condiment counter. This seem ridiculous. Won't be back to this store till the old lady is gone.

The only gas station for miles that's consistently open 24/7. That alone is worth 5 stars.Fee free ATMs. Newly installed ATM/Crypto currency machine (Bitcoin and others)Hot and ready food available 24/7 (very impressive) even at 12pm-4am. Slightly expensive pre-packaged food like chips, candy, and soda.Gas prices are average compared to others around it.Staff is excellent.

Most Kwik Trips I visit I do so because of a great selection and a solid group of employees. But this one is the anomaly. I visited to get something inside and the associate helping me - I won’t name names, but it’s a type of cheese. - didn’t say a word as he rung me up. Not a “welcome” or “hello” or “hi” didn’t read me my total and never said “thank you” or “have a good day”. Just a complete zombie. Employee since 2019, too bad.

You need to put the lights on at the entrance from lake drive, many many people I know have complained because can't see the road to turn in.And missed the turn completely.Thats crazy nobody has did anything about it. And did you have cop sitting down there waiting for a mistake. What a trap.
