I live in Minneapolis proper and have been to salons all over. Since I found Molly S in Feb 2024 my hair has gotten the most compliments EVER!! I have to say - no bad hair days!! The cuts she gives me always suit my hair and face, while growing out so nicely, her intuition is magic. I had so many bad bleach and tones before but she totally changed my hair in ONE session! Imagine how it looks now, it’s honestly perfect!! The drive up to Circle Pines is worth it for sure 💜 I get the name is Mint but my one qualm is that the walls are green…it always skews the actual color of my blonde 😬 it would be awesome to see one mint statement wall up front and a few other accents but crisp, white walls otherwise! 💕

You should stand by your business, the whole business, not just a part of it! You should not make a customer pay again for someone else to fix it! That would be like someone going back to the same car repair business that didn't fix your car correctly. And a bad haircut is not a mistake, it's completely avoidable if you know what you're doing!
Went in for just a hair cut and left with one side of my head wet, the other side dry and noticed today that it is so uneven. Paying 40.00 to leave with half a wet head and didn't even style it like every other stylist does. I called and was told I'd have to have the same person who screwed it up the first time, fix it. No thank you!! I used to love going here but not anymore. Please don't make the mistake I did and make sure you see the stylist credentials BEFORE you let them cut your hair.

Sarah was amazing. she fixed my hair after a really big hair issue and made me love it again. she did my hair exactly how I wanted it no matter what I changed it too. she was amazing and very kind and easy to talk to.

If you enjoy sitting in a chair for 40 minutes after supposedly being check in this is the place for you. Then some lady has the audacity to say the stylist already took her next client and they tried looking for me when no one came to look.

Best salon I have ever been to. I see Molly and when I tell you she is the BEST, I sincerely mean it, she is the best. My hair has never been healthier, looked better or been exactly how I wanted it. Molly makes great conversation and makes me feel comfortable. Not only does she do an amazing job on hair but since going to her I have learned so much about how to take better care of my hair and the science behind hair care. In the past when going to a stylist, they were always doing stuff to my hair but I had no idea what they were doing. Molly always takes the time to tell me what she is doing each step and the reasoning behind it. I will honestly never trust someone with my hair as much as I trust Molly. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are thinking about getting a new hair stylist, just do it! Molly is the best choice.
