Was told he couldn’t actually fix it since it didn’t happen at that location but he could help facilitate getting the process started. Explained how the scammers were able to bypass my account security, showed me step by step how they wormed their way through to get two new phones under my name as well as reset my pin, and assisted me with the Verizon Fraud Dept. None of which he had to do as it didn’t involve them as a private retail seller. Very impressed and highly grateful.”
