“I was very impressed with the staff and their knowledge on product/application and pricing and I got a, " No not a good idea", to confirm he knew what he was talking about. I tried getting a contractor discount and I was told everyone gets the same price and he had a complete list of qualified installers and even someone who prep the concrete. I will apply my own epoxy, but the concrete sanding/prep is tempting.”
“First time over at this location but have a lot of experience with SW products and locations. Had a little mix up with the delivery of my large order for an apartment building. Mike, the manager took care of the problem immediately and personally delivered the missing paint to the building and hauled away the extra paint I didn’t order. Sherwin always delivers, literally and figuratively.”

“Bought some paint using a paint deck to choose the color. Bought 5 gallons. Got the paint home and it was not even close to what we wanted. Went back to the store and they have a no return policy. I respect that but felt like the paint color we chose vs the paint color we got was so far off that i did not want to eat the price of the very expensive paint. The manager Bryan worked with us for a solution that we both could live with. I really appreciate his willingness to help us out. We donated the 5 gallons of paint and was able to get the color we wanted. Lesson here is always ALWAYS spend the extra few dollars and get a sample of the paint you are thinking of using. Thank you Bryan and Sherwin Williams, we will be returning customers for all of our paint needs.”
“Went in today with an 8 year old bucket of paint that I was hoping they could shake for me to see if it was still good to do some touching up around the house for the Holidays. The guy advised me it may still be good paint, but that he could do a quart of new stuff if I wanted.I got a new quart just in case. The color matched perfectly. Like literally perfect. Also, answered a couple other questions. Such great service, holy smokes.”

“They always have what I need. This time it was furnace filters and indoor florescent lights, along with service people who refuse to let me buy "wrong." I might pay a tad bit more, but I'm only making one trip, and that's because they make sure I head to the register with the right item. Jim always steers me right and does it with a smile. Been my hardware store since 1989.”

They were so easy to install and she was also able to help with matching the touch-up paint needed to repair spots were my drapes once hung. Excellent products and service.”
