The gentleman working was very helpful when our request for tennis shoes was handled by measuring my boyfriend's foot and suggesting a particular shoe. He explained how well built the New Balance shoe is, as our shoes bought elsewhere last a month.

But she was here before safety. They were very helpful and I like the shoes for years. Checked out some hiking. Liked one pair. Didn't quite buy. Got great service. They had the sizes in medium and wide so I could really kind of tell if I like them or not instead of guessing like some places might be coming back to buy these. We'll see. Thanks!

Young woman who tried to help me was super passive aggressive and patronizing. I had genuine questions and she talked down to me as if my questions were not in good faith.

Love the supporting the local small business that still believe in good old fashion values and great customer service ! I went in there looking for some red wing boots but found out they no longer sell that brand but no worries they have plenty of high quality products that they took great pride in. They were familiar with local trade businesses and shoe requirements. In the end I chose a product they did not have in the size I needed. Guess what they had the product there with an hour as they had someone bring it from their other store!!! They made the calls and said I could go pick it up but were happy to get it for me!!!

Such an awesome store to go to. So many options. I love the staff there too, super helpful and the girl there is always smiling, I love It! Now my only boot store.

I think they judge you by the looks. Specially that young lady ,only frankly with with certain customers and she talk really really fast. I came intention to buy pair of shoes . I bought the shoes from this store before and here to support the family business. If they don’t care so that be.
I am going to try same store ones by north town mall.

Been buying moc-toe redwing and irish setters every year for the last 13 years for work. The last pairs toe stitching started falling apart after a month. The guy at the store essentially told me I'm out of luck.
