Could benefit from improvements.
Inadequate available employees at front desk.
Less ambiguity in general. Preferably Zero or None.
Customer efficiency needs drastic improvement. Wow is it bad. Extraordinarily bad.

Showed up at 5:25 to drop a package off. The doors are locked even though the lobby says it's open till 5:30. The grey haired guy just stood there and did nothing. So I guess the post office is open only when this guy decides. From other reviews on here it seems to be the same delightful person! Don't follow their hours they post because they are lies.

Everyone is great here - John, Mel, Tim, etc.! I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve come here for my passport, mail issues (online seller on Depop tried to fraud me), and to ship items out.

Terrible staff. Would not provide a 5 inch piece of tape to help. Tried selling me a whole roll. Sent me away to come back later. Ummm no.

Clerk TIM refused to accept a $20 when I bought a single stamp. Most bank ATMs only issue $20 or larger. I complained and MGMT agreed he should have taken my $20 as payment but no consequences I'm aware of and post office mgr derik did nothing for me and my poor experience.

Not sure about other staff, but the shorter lady with glasses is an absolute breath of fresh air! Always extreme kind and helpful.
