Had to make a visit here during our recent trip to the Twin Cities in order to pick up some meds for my Father. We received a very friendly welcome as we entered (always nice to get!) and were quickly helped. Very efficient and professional Walgreens Team at this location.

I went to Walgreens. Say. Went to get some things I put my credit card in the fuel in front just slammed it in she said it declined so I said all do it it worked I did I told ya thanks

My experience has not been great with this pharmacy. They would fill weird partial refills for odd days that didnt match up with my co-pays so I would be charged more. After talking to both the pharmacy and insurance multiple times I have moved on. The pharmacist wouldn't even talk to me when I went in with questions, just said ask your insurance.

I wanted to hop on here and thank the pharmacy staff. After a long night in the ER for food poisoning, I was desperate to get my boyfriend’s zofran prescription filled ASAP. Despite a long line in the store, drive thru, AND a phone ringing off the hook, they filled the prescription I brought with in less than 20 minutes.
I visited the morning of 5/12. I also come here regularly to fill my usual prescriptions, and they really went above and beyond for me this time. I am SO grateful.

Elizabeth is an angel. No two Walgreens are alike. It’s the employees who can make or break your business. Forest Lake employees all should be let go and they should completely hire new ones who have a desire to serve customers. If they had clones of Elizabeth they’d be so lucky!

Be ready to pay double what you would at Walmart. This location is however a Clean friendly store.

All the pharmacy employees will mess you up they are unprofessional. They told me my daughter medication was picked up by some! I was so shocked and asked them to check the cameras, they refused to share with me and just said we will do refills for you. They didn’t take this matter seriously so I went ahead and call 911 made report on my end for the safety. Don’t trust this rude people with your life. Every-time you go you will new faces.

Aster was our cashier she went out of her way to help us ship a package and she wasn't required to! She was great!
