“If you look at REAL reviews from the past, this seems like a great hardworking man who just wants to make a living. These recent 1 star reviews are just social justice warriors who were blocking the street to this mans business and want to tarnish his name because of one interaction where they were in the wrong. They never actually did business with him and would rather ruin his life’s work. Ignore all reviews from May 17-19 of 2023”

“I live in Massachusetts and I contacted Weurflein about a slightly older used Ford that had been traded in and listed on their site for sale. I immediately got in contact with Jesus Aguirre who was friendly, personable, and answered every single one of the million questions I had for him. I had the truck inspected at an independent mechanic who found some items to address, Wuerflein not only took this list in stride but honored the below market value listing price of the truck after making a few thousand dollars in repairs for me. Zach in finance was beyond helpful during the process as well. They took care of everything including Massachusetts reg and title, dealing with my local bank, arranging transport, and made me feel valued despite not being a local customer. “Last April 19, 2023 I was driving on I 90 late at night. There was a severe storm with lightning, heavy rain and a high velocity headwind. The vehicle started to shutter. I had to slow way down. I was eastbound about 5 miles west of Albert Lea. I pulled off at exit 157. Fortunately, North Bridge Auto Plaza was close by but it was closed. Since it was after midnight I pulled into the car lot, called their office, left a message and waited. First thing in the morning a young man named Nate came up to my vehicle and said he could pull it in to take a look. A little later the manager okayed the repairs that were needed, even though the work was unexpected for them. A spark plug housing was cracked and the plug had gotten wet. I was back on the road by 9:30am. I was grateful and amazed by the attention I received. It was a great help to me. I was 500 miles away from home and still had three hours left to get to my destination so I was greatly relieved to have the car running good and very appreciative of the men at North Bridge Auto Plaza who offered their service with such a helpful attitude.

“I go there for an acohol interlock device calibration monthly. It's hard to get them to answer the phone. But the younger fella there that does the interlock stuff I pretty ok with accommodating me and looking into payment issues, etc... never had any mechanical work done there tho.”

“I’m from Tennessee, i was just visiting Minneapolis and on my way back had an accident on I35. I visited Wuerflein Honda Service to check my Honda CRV. The staff was amazing and their service was top class. They were very sympathetic towards my unfortunate accident. They waived off the charges for multipoint check after they found nothing wrong with the vehicle. Kudos to this business for not handing me big receipt when they had every opportunity to do so. “Blew a tire 25 miles from Walmart near Albert Lea, MN on our way home to Montana. We limped on the donut to Walmart, and found them busy with other customers. However, they took the time to find us 4 new tires and squeezed us into their busy day. They got to work almost immediately and in less than 2 hours we were on the road again. They were kind, compassionate, and competent and made the effort to help us out even though we were a walk-in without an appointment. Jason and his crew were all great. We are very grateful for their help today.”
