Called and had a question about forwarding my mail. They answer immediately my questions and gave me the information I needed in minutes. The young man that answered the phone was so helpful. It was truly an awesome customer service.

The U.S. Postal System seems unfairly criticized - the 99.8 percent of instances where mail is delivered perfectly are all but forgotten in the aftermath of a lost or misplaced package.
The vast, vast majority of my interactions with the post office have been excellent - workers are amiable, and helpful.
