On 5/26/2024 I purchased a flip phone for my 85 year old dad. I called in the morning to make sure they had the phone I needed available to purchase that day. Will, answered the phone, he double checked to make sure it was there without me asking. I appreciated that right off the bat. I came into the store a couple hours later, Will remembered my call, had the phone ready and immediately switched my dad's old phone and downloaded all his contacts into his new phone. Will was kind, patient and willing to answer all my questions. Thank you Will, I truly appreciate what you did.

We were greated the minute we walked in store. All questions we had were answered in detail. He looked for the best deal for us. Awesome experience. We have been customers for over 20years and this is why.

Skyler helped me today get a new iPhone 15 and Apple Watch. He also got me set up on FirstNet which saves me a lot of money as a first responder. He was very patient, knowledgeable and showed he cared while setting up literally everything for me. He set up my FirstNet account, my iPhone and my Apple Watch at the end. Thank you Skyler!

Very poor customer service at this store. They didn't know products that they sell. Employee was not professionally dressed, actually that partular employee I'm speaking of was a female and she was rude when I left the store. I will never do business here again and I will not suggest them to anyone.

We tried to go with a local store only to be told new service and phone came with an $800 deposit - even with good credit! That’s ridiculous and no other company is requiring that. The man working didn’t offer any other options and was clueless to promotions currently running on AT&T ads. Unfortunately, it was a total waste of time for us.
