“Always helpful and polite. I love that they employ females as well as males. They also talk to you, rather than talk at you, treating females different than males. There have been too many times where I've gone to an automotive place and have been talk down to because I'm a female. O'Reilly Auto parts does not do that. I know a lot of women are hesitant to go in and ask questions because they're afraid they're going to be talked down to. This is a place where females can go and be confident that they're going to get the help they need and be respected at the same time.”
