Been here a couple of times now with similar results. This time, I brought the number of my oil filter in and couldn't remember the year of the wife's vehicle. I looked on the shelf and realized they don't carry the Fram filters at all so I had to ask for assistance. I gave the dude the filter number, he punched in the number to the computer and he replied "yah, we don't carry Fram filters"..... I left without one and purchased it elsewhere.
