“Four stars because Wells Fargo in general, meh, but this location, I'm very impressed. I originally called customer service at the corporate level, who were unwilling to walk me through anything over the phone, so I went in person and was pleased to find the staff pleasant and helpful. They quickly resolved my issue and I would recommend this branch 100% after that experience. I gather that the person I worked with had just been promoted to manager, and I can see why. Those who've given bad reviews, I'd say give it another shot because there's new leadership there, and she's all capability and respect. I felt I was in good hands.”
