The staff here are wonderful and so helpful. I’m from out of town & got stranded in Cloquet. They gave me a very accurate estimate for the cost of repairs & timeframe before getting the work done, & went above & beyond to help me out. They are so kind! I absolutely recommend them.

Excellent service, I am from out of town and had an issue with my tire and nervous about driving home on it. They took my vehicle right away I only had to wait about twenty minutes and I had it back and tire fixed! They are very friendly, helpful and a great place to deal. Thanks!Service: Tires

I had an unexpected brake fluid leak. Because I was an out of towner they worked me in because they found the part I needed.This shop goes above and beyond.Friendly and caring people from the office to the technicians.If I ever have trouble again and could make the 2 hour drive I would definitely make an appointment so they could do the repairs.Thanks to all for saving me while in a dire situation.

After experiencing what appeared to be a suspension issue while traveling close to 1,000 miles from home, we called ahead to Cloquet Service Center to explain the situation and due to the severe weather conditions we didn’t want to keep driving if something was broken. Very polite and were able to squeeze us in to look at the issue. After an hour and a half of diagnosing various options it turned out to be cords starting to separate in at least one of the tires. With my tire size being low profile and an oddball size they were not able to get any tires in a timely manner but they gave me multiple suggestions for places to call. In the end they never charged me anything. I tried giving them some cash and they wouldn’t take it. Would highly recommend for service. Thank you Colin and Jeff for going above and beyond when we were in somewhat of a panic.Service: Tires

Seriously the best repair shop I’ve ever worked with. Had a break down emergency 2.5 hrs from home. These guys went above and beyond to make a bad situation better. I wish they were closer they would be my full time mechanic shop.
