It’s depressing what k1 has become when I started coming I would get jerseys customized and the staff was great to work with but I recently went in there and that feeling was gone with them no longer doing work like the once did. I don’t want anyone to justify it with the lack of employment when it sounds like they fired employees with 20 years of experience there. Also don’t act like I’m just being mad that k1 doesn’t customize jerseys anymore when the last good review was two years ago.

Tony Fisher who bought K1 from Marty Ketola , the founder of K1, has just fired all employees of K1 to bring the bring the company overseas. Tony Fisher still advertise that K1 is "the largest jersey maker in the US " that is a lie! All made in the Dominican

I am very disappointed in the way this business represents itself and operates. If I could give less than one star I would have. Felt so fortunate to have K1 local, that was until they refused to do business with us for hockey hoodies.

This is the worst company to work with. The quality is terrible. The K1 logo is so big it should be considered advertising! They won’t fix it claiming “the artwork says the graphics aren’t to scale”. The art work shows the logo 1/2 the size of our team logo…the actual logo is bigger than the teams logo. It also violates the HS lacrosse uniform regulations. They are unwilling to do anything about it. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY

Have to be some of the worst customer service people I have ever experienced. When Ryan ran sales things were smooth and amazing, he even helped me get designs of new jerseys drawn up while serving overseas. The new sales rep doesn't respond to emails as well as by the time she does she OBVIOUSLY didn't read the email in the response she gives. I have a long drive to my "local" sports store so I have always had a mock up done prior to driving there as it saves me time and the local store time as my order is already figured out and ready to finalize. I understand they don't sell direct and I have never tried to purchase direct all I have ever asked for is the design to be finalized before I travel to the store to order them. We spend money each year on new jerseys and try to keep the money local in this state but I now will be looking elsewhere since they have hired people into positions who obviously can't read or get the job done. It's sad that K1 loses out in this all because someone sitting at a desk is a moron. I will say your jerseys are top notch but if you can't make the process for people to order easy or smooth why pay the extra money to buy your jerseys when the competitors jerseys are close and almost half the price. I will miss being a customer and I wish Ryan Green was still your sales representative. Sincerely, A sad former customer

We have been ordering hockey jerseys from K1 Sportswear for the past few years. Our company creates many different kinds of apparel and merchandise for large video game events (commonly called e-Sports events) going on around the United States. When we decided to start making hockey jerseys for some of these events, we looked around everywhere online and had a difficult time finding a company that could do what we wanted. After sifting through pages on Google we got lucky and stumbled across K1 Sportswear. From the very first time I called in I knew this was the company we were going to work with. Their wide selection of products, great prices, fast turnaround times, amazing customer support and expertise are the main reasons we keep going back. Our last batch of 100 jerseys recently came in and just when you thought the quality could not get any better they give you something even better. MIND BLOWN! I would recommend K1 Sportswear to any and all. Call in and ask for Kim!
