“I had dropped my phone which broke the screen. I brought my phone in yesterday to transfer the info to the new one which is difficult when the screen on the old phone doesn't work. The transfer wasn't complete so I went back today. A different gentleman worked on it, got the broken screen to work long enough to do the transfer. He then set up the new phone so it's exactly like my old phone. I apologize I didn't get his name but am SO grateful to him for his help!!!! Thank you so much! :)”
“Mikayli was great! Very knowledgeable &
pleasant. I know the store is short handed, but my timing was perfect. Helped me update my plan and get a new iphone! I'm completely satisfied!”
