Sappi is a huge plant that receives deliveries 24/7. An appointment is not needed; they operate on a first-in, first-out basis. Drivers must call to register upon arrival. Security provides instructions and a car escort then guides drivers through the maze of the facility to the docks. The delivery involves a blind side back into docks with limited space, which can be a challenge. However, unloading is very fast and quick. After loading, the documents are brought to the driver in the car. The facility does not allow overnight parking and requires trailers to be clean, offering an on-site cleaning option. There are no washrooms available for drivers after loading.

Downloading is very fast. Security will give you a sheet of instructions with a phone number, you need to call to register, they will tell you which dock to stand in and after downloading, the documents will be brought to you in the car
