i keep ordering packages and they say they cannot deliver and no action is needed but they will deliver it tomorrow??? makes no sense at all, if you can’t access it then how are they gonna deliver tomorrow. WORST POST OFFICE EVER .

Have had a package sitting at this post office since Oct 22nd according to tracking. Have never experienced anything like this with a post office.To bad the stars won't go negative because this place deserves it.

I always try to send all my correspondences through the United States postal service. They are helpful, fast, reliable, and the only carrier service I have never had issues with. Wether it be sending or receiving.At this specific location, parking is limited. I tend to go to the post office at the same time everyone else is. This location does have a very steady flow of costumers. If you luck out on arriving and being able to park without having to keep looping around the block and find your luck fooled you by the amount of humans flowing back out into street, on both entrances. Don't be perturbed, as the line or lines move quite swiftly, from my personal experience. As most of the people are generally waiting in to check their box and are not actually going to the counter for services. Definitely my favorite one stop shop.

Lost my package, can't find any records of my purchase. Employees are not very helpful. And apparently they only have one way of looking up tracking numbers from previous purchases. Pretty much lost a money order because someone in this system doesn't want to do their job.

The worst Post Office ive ever dealt with.. And ive dealt with a bunch... Now all of a sudden, my Po Box went from 48 dollars to 73. See ya..

The parking is terrible. Only about 5 parking spots in front of post office unless you want to park a block away and walk to the post office. Cloquet expands other businesses except for the post office.
