Next time an enployee comes to you saying g another employee is threatening them, YOU SHOULD PROBABLY LISTEN TO THEM. This was completely preventable had you not dismissed her report of threats from this man, you are all horrible people.

Called the company to simply ask what precautions were taken to protect their female employees and was hung up on. That says so much about how this company is handling the tragedy that occurred. I hope they take this and build a safe workplace for all or close down if they cannot do so. #protectwomenslives
