“I like this place a lot as I feel I got a great deal on a vehicle with great service and very nice staff. Like any other Ford dealership, they are not exactly quick on the "Quick Lane" service. When you go to Valvoline type places often and get 15-20 minute service, waiting about an hour for a oil change seems unreasonable. It probably isn't unreasonable that one person would take almost an hour to change oil. To be honest, I've done the same at Morrie's Ford, and if you're not one of the first in line each morning, give it about an 90 minutes minimum. It's ridiculous!”
