In my 43 years of banking with different banks across the country. I feel most welcomed at Granite Bank because of how the staff interacts with me. Everyone there is so nice and there is one employee in particular that makes me feel at home. Her name is Kim and she is one of the reasons I stay with Granite Bank. She knows my name, she understands my situation, she’s familiar the numerous accounts I have and she helps me conduct my banking quickly and easily. Finances can be complicated, and she helps me understand the nuances with professional kindness, banking savvy and a good sense of humor. I really appreciate you, Kim. I have been banking here for the past 10+ years and I always have a great experience when interacting with the staff.
I also have gotten 2 mortgages from Granite Bank, I am impressed with how easy the process was, no question was too simple or complex. I live multiple hours from Granite Bank and work unusual hours, so I can be difficult to reach but it was not an issue. Even my realtor was impressed with Granite Bank as a lender. They were very quick to process my loan documents. Amy Statz was who I worked with for my mortgage, she's incredible!

We have worked with Amy Statz three times now and all of our experiences have been incredible. She is so attentive and makes everything so easy. We loved working with a local company and felt like we matter much more then we would’ve at a big corporation. After having my ppp held up by a bigger lender for months I used this bank and within days they had me funded. They are very friendly and very fast to communicate. I will definitely use them again and I just cannot express how great this bank is.

I had always thought that most banks offered pretty much the same service... until I met Jim Eiynck at Granite Community Bank. My wife and I are, among other things, real estate investors and when we decided to invest in our local community, we spent hours talking to many of our local financial institutions. All the other banks offered products for us to choose from, but Jim offered his time (and plenty of it) to understand our history, financial position, short & long term goals.His emails, phone calls and in-person meetings with us were always thorough, honest, informative and peppered with just enough humor to make the financial stresses more enjoyable.
