Boy oh boy do I have a a story to share about this company’s home building service! In fairness I will wait until it’s completed, hopefully this year sometime as it’s been about a year now since starting. My neighbors are watching this and talking about them and I’m going to keep telling everyone our experience….to be continued.

Customer service is horrible. They have no professionalism. They only care about their profit. They violate their own quotes of integrity, neighborly service and honesty.

Built a home in 2014 with Lumber One, invited them back almost 2 years later to finish our basement. We had a great and smooth experience both times! Jim was fantastic to work with and very accommodating to meet our needs. Thanks Lumber One!

Built a home in 2014 with Lumber One, invited them back almost 2 years later to finish our basement. We had a great and smooth experience both times! Jim was fantastic to work with and very accommodating to meet our needs. Thanks Lumber One!

A deck was built for our family - shoddy workmanship lead to them coming back to redo a portion of the deck and stairs. Those were not completed. LumberOne filed a Mechanich's Lien on my parents who had been waiting to pay the other half of the bill until things were completed. Hired a reputable contractor to appraise the deck, he found $1,500 worth of repairs would be needed. Things escalated where they spent more money on their attorney fee than we were asking back. My family had been using this company for 26 years.
