I’m wondering why the postal delivery person does not make more of an effort to deliver packages that need a signature. This is the second time in the last couple weeks that I’ve been left a note that they missed me while I was out. The fact of the matter is I was not out and no one made an effort to use the resident buzzer system in the lobby nor did they actually walk up to the third floor or take the elevator to the third floor and knock on my door for a signature. I’m not sure what the Postal Service policy is on this but it seems like a little bit more effort could be made to actually contact the person for their signature rather than make them run down to the post office to get it. It certainly wouldn’t take that much more of their time to make this little effort. It would have been nice to have received my package on Saturday, August 31 rather than having to wait through the long Labor Day holiday and get it on September 3.

I have not had good experience here. The one gal that works there all the time is rude and lazy. She can't even help with anything because supposedly we're just supposed to drop packages off that are ready to go and that's it. Which is not true! She also left me standing at the counter by myself when I was ready to go and put a sign up that said be back in 3 minutes. Just to get something from their mail box. Very rude and disrespectful! You don't leave to do your things while someone is getting help by you. I will not be returning here. I've never had such bad experience at a post office. And she didn't even have much to do or any other customers. If you don't like your job, quit. But don't be rude to your customers and act like you can't do anything for them but take payments!
