Was there on 9-15-25 to order the iPhone 17, the lady couldn’t speak English and was using google translate. The shop seemed to be only serving Spanish speakers. Was frustrated and left because transacting was hard since she couldn’t answer questions.
Edit: I notice many other comments about the language barrier and the owner seems to be responding to people’s comments apologizing but what action has been taken after months of complaints in the language Barrier? They are ruining boost name by running this shop like some backyard kiosk. Professionalism is key dude!

The person working only spoke Spanish and I only spoke English. I understand the importance of a foreign language in customer service, but you may want to ensure English speaking customers may not want to shop there.

Terrible service, the rude and pedantic way of serving by the poorly trained staff who, due to their mistakes, give poor service.

No Zero to GIVE.
I bought 5 phones from Boost 1 Moto and 4 Samsung After March 2023 almost a month the Samsung phones started glitching and started what they call ghost tch or click see the video please when I went to ask if I could purchase another 4 phone the NEW phone they told me I couldn't and I waited until December 2024 I called the company they told me my 2nd option is to get new plan to be able to buy a new phone.
That means I will have to pay more every month for the new plan (they are slick).
Long ago they forced their costumes to buy new phones because they changed their provider's Network so you are unable to send messages to people not use the same network provider so we had to buy 5 new PHONES.
Now again they are forcing us to wait or change the plan so they can take advantage of you
I have been with Boost for over 6 years and I thought they would appreciate their customers I found out no they look at you as a $ sign only.
They are famous for " Sorry for the inconvenience" we took your money
Bad policies and they take advantage of their customers.
