“I have a monthly service so it’s handy. I go through when I want, as long as it is open. I also turn east on 45th and drive to 44th to enter instead of doing U turn on 44th. Keep everyone safe and not upset anyone for doing a U turn.”

“Amazed at how efficient this car wash is. Haven't had to wait in line. If someone does get there before you it still takes 2 minutes and 12 seconds to go all the way through the wash! With the Graphene coating the car stays clean much longer than a wax car wash. It doesn't attract the dust like wax does.”

“I was having issues with my car: the check engine light had come on and I was hearing some undesirable sounds coming from one of the wheels, and a friend recommended Grandview. Grandview diagnosed everything and sent me a helpful web report to look over suggested repairs, which was really helpful in organizing what I considered necessary. I decided to go with their suggestions and they got my car in for repairs the following week. There was a mistake in ordering one of the parts they needed for one of the repairs on the wheels and they promptly communicated that they would upgrade the part and would provide a loaner vehicle at no charge due to the mistake. They even provided a shuttle to come pick me up from work while I was without a car.
Following the fixes, I noticed a terrible screeching in one of the tires and was really anxious about taking it back after having so many repairs done and now having this new issue arise. This being my first time at Grandview, I didn't know what they would do and expected the worst. Over the phone they told me they would inspect things and see if the parts were under warranty, so I was preparing for another bill. The mechanic called me after the inspection and told me they had identified and addressed the issue and thoroughly test drove the car to ensure the symptom wasn't there anymore. When I picked up the car, they didn't charge me for any of the new work. A total relief!
I worked with Tom, John, and Julian. Tom answered the phone to help schedule repairs. He had a pleasant disposition, was efficient in taking all my information, and addressing my concerns. John interfaced with me for the work being done on my car and communicated estimates, offered recommendations, and helped with unforeseen hiccups in the repairs. Julian was at the front desk when I picked up my car and was amicable and friendly.
Grandview lived up to their mission statement to provide a relationship of trust and integrity, and I would definitely recommend their work.”
“Gr8 wash, just doesn't dry the back of my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but gr8 customer server n plenty of towels....and also when I tipped $10 after my wash, it said thank u from a guy and a girl, but there were 2 girls working, so I'm confused”
