“I’ve had a great experience with Morenos Auto Repair. The owner is knowledgeable, honest, and really knows what he’s doing. The turnaround time is quick, and the pricing is very reasonable.
There have been a few times I thought there were bigger issues with my vehicle, but it turned out to be something minor—like a missing screw on my exhaust causing a noise. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and had me back on the road in no time.
Overall, I trust him and appreciate the straightforward, reliable service.”

He recommended I buy a touch up pen and offered to do a touch up job free of charge and just bring my car back to Caliber Collision anytime. Great customer service. The entire team is very cohesive. I observed another customer come in requesting extra work get done on his car and they validated his concern, got the manager involved, and planned to fix his car free of charge. Definitely would recommend them and I’d definitely go back if I needed any autobody work done in the future.”

Northside helped me identify a place to get the part sourced affordably and when I came with the part installed it in a half hour. “I love this place! More and more rare to find such awesome customer service. After my front license plate and bracket had been stolen, the new bracket came with rivets I couldn’t install on my own. After a dealership told me I could wait in line behind everyone else and it may take hours, I checked to see what was nearby, crossed my fingers and drove over to the downtown Minneapolis Caliber Collision. They were so busy, I couldn’t even pull into the parking area. When I explained my problem, I was assured that they could help me, and a mechanic immediately went out to my car on the street, using their own screws instead of the cheap plastic rivets. Everyone was so friendly and when I tried to pay, I was told that a good review was all the payment they wanted. I am so impressed with this company!”

Shout out to Ramin specifically, I brought my car to repair a broken mirror and his attention to detail identified an oil leak that almost spelled the death of my car, which I and my friends rely on. He referred me to a mechanic that he trusts who also took very good care of my car. Ramin and/or his crew also fixed an annoying looseness in my side mirror that I was more than willing to just deal with, AND Ramin came with me to my car to make sure the mirror’s angle was to my liking before I departed.
The people here are doing amazing work for an incredibly fair price. If you have issues with them, I recommend trying introspection first. As long as I am in Minnesota and need body repairs on my car, I am coming to Oscar Auto Body.”

“I brought my Elantra GT in with door and rocker panel dents and rust damage on the passenger side. Sergei walked me through the invoice and gave an explanation of charges that I felt was very thorough and fair, and I appreciated that he thought to help me cut costs as my repair was coming out of my own pockets. I was also given a nice loaner vehicle. The repair and paint job was done in under a week despite needing to physically pull the dents out instead of replacing whole parts to spare cost. They even buffed out a scuff on my bumper on the side. The car was returned to me fully detailed, clean and polished. The repair looks fantastic and it’s like nothing ever happened to that side. To top it off, upon handing off the vehicle, Sergei took time out to install the Weathertech mats I happened to have on me for the car in the bracing wind and cold, just to be helpful. Sergei was one of the most personable and courteous techs I’ve ever worked with in auto repair, and I can’t say enough about what the crew did for my car. They will be my go-to recommendation for collision repair!”
