Beautiful vintage single screen theater. Often holds themed film series events where you can view older films or movies not shown in larger theaters in the area. Recommend the seasonal White Christmas showing & music performance.

Wonderful theater, best ambiance of any in town! Comfortable seating with plenty of leg room (not stadium style). New releases plus themed showings throughout the year. Highly recommend!

MY EXPERIENCE AT THE HEIGHTS THEATER MADE ME BELIEVE IN A HIGHER POWER. Upon arrival for a showing of White Christmas, I noticed one of my car tires was. I decided to deal with it after the movie - not wanting to miss a moment of the pre-movie organ performance (which was PHENOMENAL). The organ performance, jazz singer, and movie were all SHEAR CHRISTMAS PERFECTION. In case you are unfamiliar with the film, it ends with a long awaited first snow on Christmas Eve. Upon exiting the theater, what do we see?! AN UNEXPECTED DUSTING OF SNOW!! YES - JUST LIKE THE END OF THE MOVIE! It was so unexpected that I thought the theater had thrown fake snow on the ground to mimic the end of the movie and I am still not completely convinced they didn't orchestrate this snow in some way. As I make my way back to my car, I see that I have a completely flat tire - my car is most certainly undriveable. Not having a clue what to do - I get into the car and start googling what to do and look into getting a Lyft home (which would be a good 30-40 dollars given the time of day and the distance I lived from the theater). A moment before I book the Lyft - I hear a knock on my window and see two young men (one in flip-flops), who seemingly appeared out of nowhere, pointing at my tire. I roll down my window and they state, "Your tire is flat". I sigh and tell them I am unfortunately aware. They then proceed to ask me to plug this device into my car cigarette lighter and say they will inflate it for me. What are the odds that these two angelic youths appear at the exact moment I needed them with a perfect solution to my very annoying problem?! I didn't even know a portable car tire inflator existed!! They inflate the tire for me and identify the cause - I ran over a screw. It takes about 10 minutes - but it gets inflated enough that I am able to drive it home AND drive it to the repair shop the next morning!! They restored any lost faith I had in humanity and I will forever be grateful for their complete selflessness and true kindness they exhibited on that cold, snowy evening.I unfortunately had nothing to give them except my extreme gratitude and I wanted to write this review in the hopes that they may see it and know how much their kindness meant to me and how I think they are probably the best humans I have ever met.So - if you want to have a RELIGIOUS experience - go to The Heights Theater.

Best way to kick off the holiday season, seeing White Christmas & listening to live Christmas music before the show ?? ?

Love the beauty of this 20's theater. The Wurlitzee organ played before the feature film is wonderful! The organists are skilled and have a wide repertoire. The Christmas organ performance was superb, as were Maude Hixon and her pianist. My friend and I had a very memorable, enjoyable time at the theater this holiday season (loved "White Christmas," too).

Very cool classic Hollywood style theater with an awesome vibe. The service was excellent and the seats are very comfortable. The lighting and decor inside is very beautiful and the classic movie posters in the bathrooms are a great touch.I've never been to a theater before that had a person playing the organ live before the show started, but my friend and I loved it.I've been wanting to go there for years and it exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely be going back there again soon.
