Ellen Jackson at liberty tax in Columbia heights went above and beyond to help me get my taxes filed and he knowledge and work ethic is like no other. I definitely will be seeing her for my tax and business needs for the foreseeable future. Communication and work was the best service I have ever received. Ellen always does an amazing job getting me in! This year Kelli helped me and she did amazing! Explained everything step by step and cleared any and all confusion :) also helped me find my CPR so I could get twice as much back!!! 10/10 recommended.

Overall I Had A Really Nice Time With Liberty Tax. Not Only Did Ellen Explain To Me Every Little Thing She Was Doing She Told Me Why, She Was Patient And Very Efficient. Would Highly Recommend For Someone Who Can’t Do Their Own Taxes.
