Went in to upgrade 2 phones it took him a long time to get to me while talking personally to someone (20.mins) then he gets to me rudely i told time what i wanted but everything i wanted he didn't have BUT the iPhones & all the other phones (expensive) he has in stock.. Very rude man. I won't go back there

This location has great service when you go there to start service, BUT IT ENDS THERE!!! I regret my choice to transfer to Metro as well as going to this location to do so. Nothing they said when I initially started service has been true. That's the location and every customer care rep I've talked to.
