Terrible, my order arrived after a month and a half and the worst thing is that they were rude. That they got the wrong address and if I didn't call after 3 weeks they wouldn't tell me because there they just asked me for the address again... and they were more rude no no definitely terrible and I'm not just saying it there are many people who told me and I said it confirm

Don't even look around that office called “Pepe Diseños”I had an extremely disappointing experience with the shipping company in Minneapolis. Despite having previously agreed on shipping policies with the owner, my visit to the office was anything but pleasant. After making a three hour drive from Des Moines, IA, I was greeted very unkindly, especially by Mr. Pepe's wife, who proved to be incredibly rude and even tried to charge me for tape to tie down the boxes. (what an unfriendly woman) XD And what I tried was with the owner but she interfered abusivelyFrom the moment I set foot in the office, everything was complete discontent. The lack of attention and courtesy on the part of the staff was evident, especially Don Pepe's wife. That lady should not work in an establishment like that. and they showed no initiative to solve the problems. Even when I mentioned my concerns, Don Pepe's wife showed no willingness and, in the end, I decided not to use her services. And as if that were not enough, they told me that I DID want to pay a rate that cost double what was agreed upon. (they lie. Pure trick of theirs)Fortunately, I found a more satisfactory option at Global Envíos, thanks to a Google search. In short, my experience with this shipping company was totally negative, marked by a lack of professionalism and transparency in its operations.
