Brightly lit, clean, well organized store. Large scale, lots to choose from. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great experience.

One of the best Savers locations in my opinion, lots of unique stuff. Only 4 stars because the prices are higher than other Savers.

I saw several items on sale for MORE than retail priceSpecific examples include walmart brand clothes and candles that have the original price sticker on the bottom. What you see in my photo is a couple of candle holders that were stacked together. The savers sticker was put over the original retail price sticker WHICH REVEALS A LOWER PRICE WHEN REMOVEDNot sure what the profit quota is for this location or who is in charge of pricing, but its really gross to see a “thrift store” selling my donation for more than i paid for it originally. Its even more striking when i notice that savers has transitioned to self checkout only, which means not only are they price gouging us, but they are asking us to do the work of processing our transaction, which was once a paid position. Not a good business model fit for what savers portrays themself as.

It was one of my favorite of the Savers locations for furniture and figurines, but as of recently they're not disability friendly at all. Their staff isn't trained to help those who are mentally disabled or have issues with speech, and I've personally had to go out of my way to help someone who was just trying to figure out how to start scanning their things and get past the savers club screen, because of how rude an employee was being to them. It was absolutely uncalled for, especially when almost all the lanes are self check out only now. Automatic doors don't work, there's not enough room for wheelchairs to go through the isles, and they have multiple florescent lights that are flickering nonstop, making it hard for people who have mental disabilities or seizure risks to shop, and its been like this for the past few months. The mens bathroom has free access and is pretty nasty most times while the women's room has a keypad and you need to get staff to open it up for you, which it can be very hard to find someone, especially if you're about to piss yourself.Otherwise they normally always have a good selection of furniture if that's what you're on the hunt for, but everything else is normally overpriced compared to other savers locationsAlso just so this is included, no savers has changing rooms so be prepared for that if you're looking for clothes.

This was the most expensive Savers I have ever been in, and the selection was not great. They were selling items for $6.99 that I have seen at the dollar store! The one in Sioux Falls was far superior.

Although prices are on the rise everywhere, even here, it's still a great value over brand new. Sometimes Target & Walmart have similar prices for a plain tshirt or shorts but overall, for kid shopping your better off buying thrifty. For seniors, over 55, it's an EXCELLENT VALUE. Go on Tuesdays for 40% off!

MY TIPS: Make sure to come on their discount days, and check every section... The kids wall of mixed items has adult games & puzzles, which is why I come. The puzzles are HIGH priced, but I get it, there's no other thrift store in this neck of the woods! They are sometimes $4.99-7. 99! It's good to search each section, cause you never know when a customer might discard something they no longer want, but that you do. Nice employees, generally organized. Parking lot is generally full, no matter of I come during the day or evening, which is great for the company! I still will come here! Check out all my puzzle pictures!

Everything is overpriced. The owner is so greedy. Staff works hard for pennies. The prices skyrocketed without any shame. No sweatshirts cheaper than 10 bucks. Ridiculous for a thrift store.

Bathroom:If you are shopping and in need of a bathroom they have one, but it is so dirty. It needs some serious attention. There is also a code.Luckily there was a nice employee right there to put that code inStore Atmosphere: Not much to see in this savers. A Lot of sketchy people though. There is 90% clothing. The electronic aisle is a ghost town. It's also a pretty small store.

I love this store but today was dismayed to not be able to use the restroom, as it's locked up with a code for employees. For this, I'm changing my review from 5 stars. Especially denying access on seniors day! I was okay, but there were a lot of elders shopping today. But get this....men could use the bathroom! I understand there may be a theft issue, but people still need to use the facilities. Why are you targeting women, Savers?

Corona virus empire. Absolutely, NOT hygienic. Can you imagine that they are selling used filthy underwear!Do not spend your money there. Plus they sell items that do not work and they stick a No Exchange on it. They take your money snd give you broken items that you can not return. The best thing to make you laugh though is the manager!

I don't understand this place. They've gotten rid of the cashiers. If you have to use the bathroom, you can't just walk in - they have to personally unlock it and let you in. The stall I used was out of toilet paper. The worst part though is that there are no try-on rooms! How do you know if pants fit (the waistline around the neck trick does not work for me)? How can you try on a dress? I used to love this place, but they've not had a try-on room since 2020. I have regularly donated here and probably will continue to, but I miss being able to buy clothes that I know fit.

My wife and her little sister went to this location for some shopping, seeing why was available, and when they left, they asked the lady at the counter if they could have some stuff set aside as they went to grab some more cash. After leaving the store with nothing, my wife saw an abandoned cart and thought to be nice and bring it back for them and was instead screamed and cussed at by a manager (her name started with a "C") and was accused of stealing. Even after explaining that she left her stuff with the lady at the jewelry counter, the manager still kept screaming and cussing at my poor wife. Fuck this place.

It's so beautiful, conducive and an affordable store. Clothes, shoes and furniture are donated here and later sold at moderate prices. I am a customer and I can recommend this store for authentic products. If you're new or have never been there, then take this opportunity and rush there to buy something for yourself, friends and family.

I am conflicted in how I feel about this store. on the one hand, their prices are absurd. stuff often cost more here than it does new or more conveniently used. $10 for a used Blu-ray disc? You can get the exact used Blu-ray disc that you want delivered to your house for five dollars, or you can pay $10 for the limited selection available at the store? How many overpriced copies of Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban does one need? (The answer is none.)On the other hand, I do like the reuse aspect of this store. I just wish they would be less stupid about their prices so people would be more willing to buy used.
