I've made nothing on a 50k CD after they talked me into it. Total lies . I also get tons of spam emails and texts telling me I've changed my phone no. My account etc.. they say they don't share your info with 3rd parties of any sort, but obviously they do. I'm Looking for a trustworthy bank now !

When I do go into the bank, the teller that always greats me, knows me by name and is very nice and polite. He even remembers my dogs name. On another note...drive thru SUCKS!! IT ALWAYS takes more then 10 minutes when I am the only one waiting. That has to be fixed! Very annoying!

Not being able to deposit my change into my account is absolutely insane and extremely in convenient. I’m a bartender so I actively have change to deposit. Not acceptable to not accept coins, especially in Minneapolis.
