“I've had a unit here for about a year, while I was moving and buying a house. I moved out, and decided to write a review since I'm a very happy customer.So, tl; dr - excellent service, low prices, easy access, no weirdness.Staff are courteous and helpful, getting the unit rented was quick and easy. The yard is pretty well lit, with the storage units spaced well apart. Unlike some other places I've rented, there was no visible evidence of either people or animals living in the unoccupied storage units.I wasn't able to set up auto-pay, but they send email invoices, it's easy to pay over the phone, and they let you pay multiple months in advance.I live in Maplewood, so it was a bit of a drive, but the price was a tad more than half of what I would have paid for a unit half the size locally, so it was totally worth it.The only negative thing I can possibly say is that there was a bit of moisture here and there. Damp spots under boxes, a bit of a patina on a couple of my tools. Nothing serious, though. My basement is worse.Thank you very much!”

“We rented 2 different size units over a 2 year span with Rupp's. The units and property were kept clean and well lit and is easily accessible from highway 35. Property management responds quickly and are great to work with. Especially had great service from Ann, who helped ensure a smooth process when we no longer needed to rent a unit anymore. Will definitely use Rupp's again if we ever need extra storage in the future!”

“Convenient, close to home, very fair rates compared to other facilities, and easy in-and-out. 24/7 access is a real bonus. Would give 5 stars, but would like to see 1) implementation of a remote/app-based access system - sometimes it can be difficult reaching out of the window to enter in your gate code... and 2) more regular maintenance of potholes/bumps. Other than that, I think we made the best decision locally for our camper storage!”

“I gave State Storage four stars because the owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with and the price was right. The parking area for RVs was tough to get to as part of the road is washed out. There were also people walking. around that may not have been tenets. We were concerned for our safety while working at the trailer. Wouldn't go there at night. We moved our trailer to a safer location.”

“KRT / Happy Space self-storage has new ownership and they are working on many improvements. They added asphalt around the garage spaces, gravel on the roads and several security and monitoring systems. They have good ratings for the area!”
