“We were longer term customers of the storage unit and had a very good experience. The code system and gate are easily accessible and the text/email reminders when payment is due is nice. Online payment works great. Customer service was always good and had no problems reaching someone to talk to if we had questions about anything.”

“Can't say enough nice things about this place. Customer service was great, price was good, the move was outstanding!We stacked things in the container, knowing FOR SURE they're going to shift, and flop all over, but it was 330am and we had to get all our stuff moved immediately and had no choice. Nothing shifted. Nothing moved. Everything was exactly the way we left it in the container. Unreal.It's pretty cool to watch the guy load and unload. He has a remote controlled pallet jack thing, which was interesting to watch. It's cool though, the container isn't getting put on and off at a 45 degree angle, so nothing's shifting.Yeah, all in all I really liked the company, and we'd totally use them again”

“Not only are their prices very reasonable, they were understanding and flexible when we had to change a pick-up date. But what makes them stand out is the customer service from getting a quote from sweet Carolyn to the delivery drivers. If it weren't for Al, we wouldn't have known all those helpful tips on how to stack and tie down our boxes. Everything arrived just as packed! “I've had a unit here for about a year, while I was moving and buying a house. I moved out, and decided to write a review since I'm a very happy customer.So, tl; dr - excellent service, low prices, easy access, no weirdness.Staff are courteous and helpful, getting the unit rented was quick and easy. The yard is pretty well lit, with the storage units spaced well apart. Unlike some other places I've rented, there was no visible evidence of either people or animals living in the unoccupied storage units.I wasn't able to set up auto-pay, but they send email invoices, it's easy to pay over the phone, and they let you pay multiple months in advance.I live in Maplewood, so it was a bit of a drive, but the price was a tad more than half of what I would have paid for a unit half the size locally, so it was totally worth it.The only negative thing I can possibly say is that there was a bit of moisture here and there. Damp spots under boxes, a bit of a patina on a couple of my tools. Nothing serious, though. My basement is worse.Thank you very much!”
“I gave State Storage four stars because the owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with and the price was right. The parking area for RVs was tough to get to as part of the road is washed out. There were also people walking. around that may not have been tenets. We were concerned for our safety while working at the trailer. Wouldn't go there at night. We moved our trailer to a safer location.”
“We have had a small storage unit here for some time at a very reasonable $40 a month not climate controlled but secure and what we have had in storage stays dry. We have been happy with the service and have had no problems supply your own lock”
