It’s a classic, real, old-time movie theatre that is also a store. I’ve been there many times and always enjoy the vintage and eclectic atmosphere. I don’t drink coffee, so no idea on that area.
I’m just expressing my view. Personally, it’s one of those places you should just check out. And, no. I’m not on their payroll. Just a lake local with fond memories of the place. If you can ever catch a movie there … it’s a unique experience.

11/10. This lovely little theater is part of a Cafe and gift shop for locally made items from in and around the town. When I lost my wallet after visiting, the amazing staff went out of their way to assist me finding it, including checking trash to potentially save me a trip.We honestly need more Comet Theater's in this world, support the one we have every chance you get.

Great job of combining a morning business (Coffee Shop) day business (Gift Shop) and evening business (The Longest Running Movie Theater in MN). Friendly staff and keeping history alive! And a part of their proceeds support the Verne Shute Wildlife Sanctuary for black bears ?! We will be back.

While I've only seen one movie at The Comet, it is a great store! Whenever I am in town, my family and I love to stop in and see what they have to offer!

What a special place Cook Theater is. Wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first visited the establishment and I was pleasantly surprised once the movie started. There were no boring drawn out previews and they went straight to the movie. Get out there & support this gem of a landmark.

What a thrill! Had never been to Minnesota and came across this Gem. The COMET THEATER in Clark MN. We loved it so much. Would recommend it with 5 stars. It's not only a theater, but a boutique and coffee house! Don't Miss!!!♥️

Great store! I had a wonderful time shopping at the Comet! Wonderful costumes services and what a true gem in Cook MN! I was super surprised to find it while visiting Cook! Would love to come back and shop again!

Quirky little shop as you enter the lobby. Fun shopping here. They still use this theater for movies on certain dates.
