We had scheduled and appointment with Shelly over a week ago, to discuss travel plans. We arrived 10 minutes early, for our 10 am appointment; and checked in at the reception desk. They informed us Shelly would be a few minutes. At 10:10 am, they again told us she would be a little while longer. At 10:15 am, we decided to leave. I find it extremely rude and unprofessional to be late for scheduled appointments. We will give the St. Cloud AAA office a try. Hopefully they will provide better customer service.

Charlie was very helpful and patient with me. I had a large order of gift cards for him to process and he was professional and pleasant throughout the entire transaction. Thank you Charlie, for your help in finishing my Christmas shopping.

I have never been ghosted by a sales person before….. horrible customer service!
I was looking to bundle car insurance and mobile home insurance with a company that has competitive rates. I went online to get a quote and it was kinda confusing so I called their customer service line and was informed that they do not offer mobile home insurance. No harm no foul…. I know not every company does. About a week later I get a call from Arielle at the Coon Rapids AAA and just explained what happened. Arielle said she worked with another company for mobile home insurance and could get me a quote, I thought that was awesome and gave her my email so we could communicate while I was at work and then I could get her all the info she needed. The first 3 days she was super responsive with a couple questions I had and then I did hear anything for a few days. I was on a time crunch to make a decision so I also called her direct number…. I got no call or email back…. Super weird!!! Like a week later I called the Coon Rapids office and was told that she was working and would give me a call back when she was finished with a customer she was with. The auto insurance rates were good so I was extremely interested in the mobile home quote! I think she wasn’t able to get the mobile home quote and instead of communicating that to me she ghosted me!
If this is the kind of customer service this location has I would not do business with them… even if they can save you money!

Super disappointing! After taking time to find a AAA Travel Agent, having never used AAA Travel before but assuming I'd get a deal being a member, I scheduled a meeting to discuss my plans for a family trip. Well not only did I have to call and remind them to send me details on the trip, the details I received were not what we discussed at all! For whatever reason the agent decided to add 4 extra days to the trip because they thought the price was better. While Priceline, Travelocity, or pretty much any other travel website gave me a better deal for $2k - $3k less! Guess I'll just do the work myself. Thanks for nothing!
