Customer service people watch you like your going to steal something and then when you get to the counter to pay they are all to busy talking to each other to wait on you

One of the more welcoming hardware stores around town. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed any assistance. The store is very clean and well organized, check-out is also very clear to understand. Daniel helped me with my pickup order, giving him a special shout-out!

Ace has things you need that other stores don't. Prices are kinda high. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There are usually enough employees around if you need help, which is good because locating items via the app is not 100% reliable. Everything I've needed so far has been in stock.
